How this app handles your store's data and your shoppers' data.
PackSlip is an app you install on your OpoShop store. It turns your orders into PDF invoices and packing slips with your logo, name and address on them. It is published by Found. This policy covers the data the app receives, stores and uses.
When you install the app you grant it access to your store through OpoShop's OAuth. It reads only what it needs to do its job: your store profile and your orders, using the permissions shown to you at install. PackSlip is read-only. It never changes an order and never writes anything back to your store. It never receives your OpoShop password.
To make a document, the app reads the name, email address and shipping address attached to an order, along with the items ordered. It reads them from your store at the moment you open the page or download a PDF. Orders are not copied into the app's database. The app does not collect anything from shoppers browsing your site.
A packing slip is a shipping document, so the delivery address is printed on the PDF you download. What you do with that file is up to you.
The app never sees or stores card or payment details. Payments are handled entirely by OpoShop and its payment processor.
What the app keeps is small: your store's connection details and the branding you enter (business name, address, accent color, footer note and logo). It is held in this app's own database, scoped per store. One store's data is never readable from another store's session. It is kept while the app is installed. Uninstalling marks the store inactive and stops all processing. Email brandon@tryfound.io to have the records deleted outright.
This data is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising. It is not combined across merchants. It is shared only with the infrastructure needed to run the app (hosting and database), and only to deliver the features you turned on.
The app records anonymous product analytics, such as which features are used and whether an action succeeded, to find bugs and improve the app. These events carry no shopper personal data.
You can request a copy or deletion of any data this app holds for your store, including data belonging to an individual shopper, at brandon@tryfound.io. Requests are actioned promptly.
